The nose is mouth watering. Green apples, lime, and white flowers really pull you in. The palate is lively, taut and energetic. Great minerality to boot. A fantastic Sauv Blanc, but I couldn't get over the lack of Pouilly Fume flint and smokiness. I wish I could have tried it blind (damn preconceived notions).

Elegant and crisp. Notes of lime and lemongrass with high, bracing acidity, and minerals.
