2008 vintage... Beautiful showing this evening/saline, minerals, white fruits, great texture, nice blast of acidity on the finish to cleanse the palate... Great pairing with grilled Chilean sea bass served with a basil vinaigrette, roasted cauliflower, roasted Shishito peppers

2010 vintage from Mag - terrific young 1er Cru Chablis. Plenty of fruit to go with the salinity, seawater and minerals that make Chablis delicious. Still very bright and fresh.

Good with Tajine Turkish fish dish

Loved this. Not that familiar with Chablis so difficult to define a reference point. Lovely oily texture with good acid and fruit. Great nose as well.

Loved this. Dry and fresh

2010 vintage. Saline and flinty. Hints of nuts but not enough. A little too much malic acid for me; others liked it better. Good but not great. Given the ratings on this I'm a little disappointed.
