Dessus La Carrière Chablis Chardonnay

The five years makes it so inviting & round. No formal notes

Finished in 30 minutes. Awesome and not expensive

Lemon zest, popcorn, chalky and juicy. Nice easy Chablis. Suspect a small amount of new oak.

Nose of slate and smoke, but some of that rich fruit you'd expect from Picq. Fresh and crisp in the mouth with just a little bit of that Picq richness. Long, mineral-rich finish. Great now and for several years.
