Pretty florals, fresh, and dominated by sweet red cherries/raspberries with an undertone of sandalwood. It possesses an elegant and regal quality to it and this could be attributed to the plot Aux Lavieres, which is one lieu-dit away from neighbouring Vosne Romanee. Yet, the structure and perhaps the acidity points to NSG. There is also the rumor that the Felettig's are receiving tips from Louis Michel of Liger Belair. Really underrated producer and would love to try his other labels. One tip to those who are thinking of opening a bottle - finish it in a hour.
