I found this wine to be a beautiful showing of the variety. Riesling rules!

Off-dry/medium sweet style. Nose is a bit muted. Apple/pear mash, flowers, and citrus. Simple /linear. A bit of heat on the finish? Maybe just needs time to settle down/breathe.

At 10% alcohol--with I'm guessing 60+ g residuals--the last 9 years leave an impression that is both sweetly-floral and quenching. Not sweet enough to be sticky on the palette, this is akin to peach honeysuckle sherbet. If you're lucky to have one of these tucked away, enjoy it on a bluebird mountain day.
