Cabernet Sauvignon

A gentle, well balanced, crunchy Victorian Cab. Less blueberries/blackcurrant/fruit, more structure and finesse. A wet vintage and I'm not sure whether to keep our other bottle or to drink it now. Went well with pizza. 😁🍕

Beautiful cool-climate fruit. Balanced with some fine chalky tannins. Elegant.

1997 aged beautifully if not to say still young. Still lots of fruit and quite present tannins. Very elegant structure and most enjoyable!

What a beauty, perfumed with great structure, subtle wood spice, long palate, on the hunt for more.
