Bing cherry and dark chocolate lead to a velvety smooth finish with a touch of sweetness and full body. Awesome wine.

Nose smells suspiciously like wet cardboard, but it tastes good. With Rhonda's pappardelle it shines much much better.

Always a great value Ripasso. For under $20.00 this will never disappoint. Typical light and fruity style intended for early consumption. This 2015 has a bit of coffee and raisin. Very drinkable today.

Great #2 Amorone-Ripasso

I've had this wine three times and love it every time. Full body for $16-17. Next time I see this one I'll buy a case and share.

Smooth, medium nose, medium acidity, nice alcohol content. Poor man's Amarone.

A little raisiny stewed fruit up front, giving way to aromatic cedar, oak, and potpourri. A dry, long finish.
