The nose is a lively preview. Definitely shines at cellar temps — don’t let this one get to room temp or the alcohol gets too hot (at 15.5% that’s bound to happen). Drinking great 7 years in.

Dec 12th, 20142010-- not a typical Amarone in terms of rich robust fruit. Feels a lot more neatly structured and in its own right a fine wine, just not what I'd point to as an example of an Amarone
