Decanted 2 hrs, bright cherry color, tannin med++, tight, flower, cherries. Still very young. Not your typical traditional Barolo.

Elegant style, stubborn, chalky tannines upon opening. Very floral, medium bodied, uplifting acidity. Nice pairing with sweetbread and enoki, and next to a gorgeous piece of grilled Black Angus blade steak.
