Medium light ruby wide watery garnet rim . Ripe strawberry, cherry fruit , touch floral , dried herbs , touch of dried spices, but elegant and quite reserved . On the palate slightly darker sweet fruit , liquorice undertones , good balance with a mineral saline tinge on the decent length finish . Ripe fine tannins and balanced acidity , surprising freshness , balanced alcohol . Elegant and understated , quite light in style , really enjoyable now. Won’t be a long lived wine I suspect , so enjoy now and over the next 5-8 years .
