Really outdtsnding. Red cherry, white pepper, and a healthy amout of acidity. Very enjoyably with a vide variety of fried, stewed, and grilled tapas. The complex nose was also outstanding here. There's an herbal not that I can't quite identify that plays a role here too. A fabulous food wine.
