Bubblegum, rhubarb, oak and pepper nose. Beautifully round and dry body; like a beach town belly dancer.

Full bodied but expected more aromas, depth and longer finish. Good wine. Have had better at lower prices. It nevertheless was perfect with my Bucatini Carbonara made with fresh parsley and pecorino cheese.

This was basically fine. Brick red color showing some age. Some berry and dark cherry flavors but not much. Mostly leathery. Soft tannins. Medium acidity. Would have hoped for more rose aromas , more structure and a longer finish.

Sep 24th, 2017Red cherries, spices, cinnamon & cooked meats. Rather tight & restrained. Spices, cherries, medium + acid with some cinnamon, minerals. Full bodied, noticeable tannins & minerals on the finish. Good wine, but needs to open up.

Unexpected Barollo. No hints of roses. Color could have been a hint, but still rather full of color: Red brick/brown. Bit of stable scent.Harmonious, with a nice bitter. Taste is not lasting
