Moderate finish with a hint of that oh-so-California cola. Opens up with air to added richness and a delicious funkiness. Very tasty wine.

Mar 25th, 2016Surprisingly, this CA Pinot is the most Burundian domestic Pinot I've had to date. Only 13% abv, this has high levels of acidity and minerality, not unlike a typical Burgundy Premier Cru. A surprise, in a good way.
