Lees, yellow soft apples, orchard fruits, some heat, medium acidity, neutral vessel, broad on palate, medium acidity. >13.5%. I incorrectly called it Chardonnay as I failed to pick up any vegetal notes that day. It’s a rather ripe expression of Gruner.
