Sep 29th, 2023Honeyed, savory, and it began to open up as it warmed up (was neutral cold but then it unraveled), this reminds me of aged semillon but had its own character. Any tannin from the skin contact was seamless and integrated. I want more! Was sublime with morel pasta.
