I think I could drink Riesling every day. It has the most enticing of aromas, and the biggest range of dry to sweet of any wine next to Chenin Blanc. This one is pure and simple. Rubber hose, wet slate, lime zest, white peach. Delight, and very refreshing. Kabinett harvest, leaving just a dollop of sugar, with clean definition of layers, and refreshing acidity.

Pale lemon in color with a golden hue.
Nice nose of white flowers, lemons, citrus, diesel, green vegetables, grapefruits, minerals, green olives and white pepper.
Medium plus in body and crisp, with medium plus acidity.
Off dry on the palate with limes, grapefruits, citrus, sea salt, minerals, spices, herbs and green vegetables.
Medium plus in finish with almonds and limes.
This German Riesling is drinking very nicely. Well balanced and enjoyable by itself or with food. Showing mild complexity and a refreshing mouthfeel.
100% Riesling grapes from Pfalz.
11% alcohol by volume.

Absolutely amazing. Pairs perfectly with fondue, nearly everyone I was with loved it.

Upon the ladies insistence a second bottle for the night was opened, a quick chill and an hour of breath time and here we go....lovely golden hue, subtle lemon, melon, cream to the nose. Lovely flavors of lemon, melon, apple, white peach and paraffin to the palate. Nice mouthfeel med minus finish. Very lovely end to the evening...
