It’s nice. Approachable. Doesn’t necessarily need food, but can definitely hold its own with some rich meat. Medium body, nice structure. Cherry, vanilla, oak. Yeah, it’s good. — 6 years ago

Well-balanced, nice acidity, typical characteristics of NZ sauv blanc. We opened it and both exclaimed, "New Zealand!" It's got some peaches on the nose. Affordable, great summer wine. — 8 years ago

I was surprised by how well I like this one. Approachable, but not a big fruit bomb, actually very little fruit, and not hot at all at 13.6%. I detected, oddly enough, a touch of salinity up front, but that could just me me.
A really good everyday wine and a good value.

Intensely dry, a bit chalky, strawberry fruit gummies without the sweetness. So. very. dry. Some roundness. Would be good on a hot day with chicken salad—one with celery, and a little curry powder... — 7 years ago

Can't beat it for 5 bucks! Easy summertime drinking. Slightly effervescent. Adult soft drink. — 8 years ago

A bit higher acidity, noticeable tannins, quite nice, easy to drink, no big fruits.
A-ok ... later into the bottle. It's opening up really well! Some darker fruit is coming up in the nose. At 14.5, the vapors burn my eyeballs a bit, but I'm digging this one.

Wow! Decent, for sure! I was not expecting it to be this good for the price. I'd definitely pay $9.99 for it again. Welch's up front on the nose, but not too juicy when going down. An approachable wine that's perfect for sipping on this afternoon while I get ready for work. — 8 years ago

My ma really enjoyed this one. Probably better than I did, but it was a few days ago, and neither of us remember the details... it was drinkable, not super memorable. May have to revisit this one. — 8 years ago

Not the hugest fan of Pinot Noir anyway, and this was representative of all the reasons why I'm not. I don't know much about Pinot Noir from this region--this may have been my first--but I didn't feel it. Thin... didn't pair well with my meal... I don't know. I just didn't feel it. — 8 years ago
