Vigne Plan Valle d'Aosta Petit Rouge

Really lovely aromatics, funky, fresh, and a bit green. The palate is entirely alpine, almost crunchy red fruits, with cedar, pine, and menthol. Excellent restraint with the fruit concentration. Great balance.

Thin, poorly made wine tasting of alcohol and little else. There is a nice nose but not much else going on.
