Surprisingly mineral-heavy. Not an easy or frequent wine, but really surprising and nice. Would be nice with blue cheese.

This wine is funky fresh! Totally picking up the oxidized notes in the Savingnin and it has kind of a sweet honey , almond note to it... Along with really zippy acidity !

Cider on nose and palate. One dimensional. Sour finish. In every way reminds me of a Belgian sour beer including the VA. Eh?
