Pop and pour. Opens up over an hour or so. Dried currant and tart black raspberries. Pretty earthy notes reminiscent of clay and dried leaves. Fresh raspberry and cherry fruit drive the nimble palate. Dry to finish with well integrating tannin and lingering acidity. There is a minerality and lifted quality to this that is really pleasing. A warmth of dried spices as well. Over delivers on length. Drink now with a short decant or hold a while longer.
