Decent QPR on this young Bourgogne, but too much oak, and that Gevrey blood-orange bite. Perhaps much better in a few years, but after decanting, and then trying 2 days later, not enough here to buy again. Likely indicative of producer style. YMMV. SommSelect

Like biting into a dark red cherry and subsequently biting your lip in the process; plush cherries, blood & iron, and manure. Only in the realm of wine are such qualities desirable.
