Somewhat atypical for Sancerre with its ripe and relative opulence. Classy and balanced, delicious as hell. Riper citrus moving into stone fruit, sweet herbs, very mineral. I think vine age and neutral oak help bring out the textural richness here. Almost more inline with Bordeaux blanc in terms if style but still grounded in Sancerre wth the firm acid and mineral backbone.
