Feb 14th, 2018Almost garnet and deeply colored. Savory with meaty balsamic flavors, dusty earth and pretty cherry note towards the end that carries through a medium - long finish. Great balance between structure, acidity and velvety/grainy mouthfeel.

Nose is like blackberry crumble or mixed berry cobbler. Beautiful acidity - tickles the back of my nose. Mouthfeel is soft but not at all flabby. Lingers with a black-red fruit character and a tobacco-coffee finish.
