Beaujolais Nouveau Gamay
Absolute classic. I wish America would adopt Beaujolais Nouveau the way they have adopted cheap syrupy-shiraz and meh-malbec! There's an open market here - someone just needs to think of a catchy non-French name and say it's from anywhere other than France. "Oh have you heard about Peruvian Bodisatvha? It's soooo good and really reasonably priced!"

Apr 2nd, 2024Medium purple in color; cherry and strawberry jolly ranchers on the nose; medium acidity; medium tannins; tastes fruity. I can't really describe the flavors, but I love tasting something so different from other things I've tasted. Nellie doesn't like it. Jason H. doesn't like it. I like it. Jason D. says it's ok. I like it.

Dec 17th, 2023From White Horse Wine and Spirits but not hard to find. Probably the most widely-available Beaujolais Nouveau here in the States. And TBH it’s pretty basic. Some jammy fruits, a bit of leather and cedar 🤔
