Young white Burgundy went great with Jarrett's food. Fresh fruit, vibrant acid and good structure. Really stood out with a squash soup with hazelnuts and a bit of egg yolk drizzled in at the end. This one will probably get its act together with another year in bottle, but it did just fine with a casual dinner tonight.

Light and bright with notes of citrus and acid. Mild vanilla finish. Not as smooth and tasty as Pouilly-Fuisse. OK with fish and greens.
