Super interesting Greek wine. I see that others say this is an amber wine which I am not sure I would categorize it that way. Crazy notes of yeasty bread and lemons on the nose. Taste of banana super yeasty bread and mango lassi. So fun. Run don’t walk.

Peel forward, very salty, chewy sediment. Pairs well with tidy tipping, quails, runaway rabbits.

Acidic, farmy, funky

One of the better amber wines I have ever had. Tart, tanic, bold, complex, and it continue to evolve through the night.

Slightly effervescent. Minty. Tannic. A little funky

Eucalyptus, menthol, cedar, herbs, sage, terra cotta, slightly effervescent. Soft tannins. Lots of menthol and clay flower pot. A little out of balance.

Back to orange wine for fall. This one is fairly lean and not too tannic despite moderately dark color. Going to try it with curry.
