Hattenheimer Schützenhaus Trocken Riesling

Pale straw colour . Slightly herbal tinged green fruits , white flowers . On the palate green apple fruit , with some slate, mineral notes. Good intensity , even if this is quite lean and focused. Good length with high acidity , lemon and lime tinged finish . Not particularly complex but enjoyable none the less. Drinkable now though would probably benefit from another 3-4 years in the cellar and will last well a further 5-10.
