Bought a few bottles of this in 2011 and I have been sitting on them till now. This is not your run of the mill merlot. Still rustic yet not as much as it was three years ago. Great fruit and long lingering finish. The tannins add great structure with the right amount of astringency. My wife and I were sad to finish the bottle. Luckily, I have a couple more!
