開けたては、ドルチェットらしい香りと、凝縮感というか、集中力のない味わい。
開いてくると、香りの要素も増えてくるし、ドライフルーツやミネラルの要素も出てくる。
集中力だったり、重奏感はないけど、野菜料理との相性は抜群で、ワイン単体として、点数てしてはそんなに高い点ではないのかも知らなけれど、それ以上に食卓を華やかにしてくれるワイン。

Nice and dry, I liked it a lot. Cold concrete basements in the summer vibes. Just soily enough. Would drink again for sure. With meat.

High acidity and medium body. Refreshing cherry flavor without being too fruity. Excellent food wine. Impressed with dolcetto.
