Beautiful ruby red with a touch of purple. Very aromatic, red fruits, floral, licorice. Flavor profile is similar - cherry, floral notes, and a slight anise like sweetness with a peppery feeling on the tongue. Full of flavor, fairly strong tannins and very bright. Almost too acidic for my tastes, but was refreshing on a hot summer day and the unique (to me) flavor profile made this wine well worth it. Another gem from Vajra!

deep purple, with lots of cherry flavor and violet notes. bright acidity, and moderate tannin on the finish. paired with pork tenderloin and afterwards sipping - really approachable and friendly.

それが少し浮ついた感じで、やや水っぽく感じる。
アッボーナのドリアーニのドルチェットに比べると、上ずっていて、ピントが合わない。ドリアーニは、ミネラルと綺麗な酸でピシッときていた。
ヒレ肉のカツレツとアンチョビバターソースの両方で試してみたが、カツレツは全然で、アンチョビバターは、合わせにくそうな薔薇の香りも抑えられて、アンチョビの塩味と甘さがマッチして、なかなかのペアリングだった。
