Sorry Delectable - this is the Dolcetto, not the Barbera. Dolcetto - an under-rated light to medium weight Italian Red grape. Lovely nose. Light red plum flesh and skins. Fine dry chalky tannins - perfect with Lasagna - a well known producer. See previous Delectable notes.

Apr 10th, 2023Still deep purple. Nose is a bit closed. Little gassy on palate entry. With decant shows generous, fleshy textured dark berry atoms and flavors. More simple that previous bottles.
