Pretty good. Not as 'green' as I had hoped, but still has good minerality on the finish. Tart apple and little basil. Paired with arugula salad in lemon vinaigrette and fresh fettuccini with broccoli Rabe, duck fennel sausage, and shiitakes in beurre-blanc.
