Absolutely delicious. Great notes of blue and dark fruits, moving from ripe berry, cherry to cassis even. There’s a cool character to the fruit. Sweet smoked meat, truffle, earth, violets, chocolate. Palate is rich, i think a touch of RS, but it balances well with the wines snappy acid. It departs fresh with persistent but fine tannin, impressed with the muscular element it has. Mainly Carignan with small % Mataro and Pais.

This is not the Lot. It’s the Truquilemu Carginan. I’ve asked Delectable to add it.

On the nose; deeper & dark than the Bagual. Dark cassis, blueberries, black raspberries, plum, violets, dark moist soils, dry top soil, red flowers with violets.

The fruits are creamy. The body full and ripe tannins are round & sticky. blueberries, black raspberries, plum, violets, dark moist soils, dry top soil, red flowers with violets. Fabulous acidy and rich polished finish.
