As you know I'm majorly crushing on Pinot Gris/Grigio this year so I was stoked to find this in the mixed surprise Salvation Case Vinomofo sent me a few weeks ago.

It's a beautiful clear yellowy green colour on the eye. The nose is fresh and vibrant with crisp chilled lemon, melon and musk scents dominating. The palate is smooth with a spicy bite to it. A great palate cleanser and I would presume a very good food-friendly vino.
