Smells like apple juice. On the palette very similar, super sweet for a SB. Only with a bit of time on the palette & increasingly through the finish, the acidity really comes through & provides balance. Medium long finish. Like it when it hits its peak & balances out, but a little too much is all sweet for the price.

May 14th, 2018One of the best whites I've had in years. The nose is powerful: vegetal, sweet & acidic. Mostly sweet apple on the palate, with growing grassy notes. The finish is phenomenal - great mouth coating, evolves & becomes less sweet, more sour apple with time. Really lingers - live it!
