Not your typical “sparkler.” Lemon grass, white flowers and minerals on the nose. Lychee and melon on the pallet. Says Methode Chapenoise on the label, but no toast or brioche flavors or scents. Seems like more of a “Prosecco Style.” Crisp acidity, clean finish and very refreshing.
