Holy smokes. Was given this blind and none of us were even close. 1986 out of a magnum. Had more acidity than the 2011 Dauvissat Chablis we were already drinking. Had a saline quality to it. Layer upon layer of complexity. This really shows climate change working in my opinion. This was an absolute stellar bottle of wine.

Magnum - This is one of the best GC Blanc I've ever had, it was brought in by a guest, stored impeccably, such great acidity/complexity/layers, has the cumquat/spent coffee grinds found in oak contacted old French whites, quite extraordinary.
