90% Sangiovese & 10 % cabernet. Some bright red fruit and good acidity balanced by dusty tannins. Very approachable after a lengthy decant.

Oct 9th, 2020Really dark in color. Too much oak for me. Don’t need the Cab in here either. The underlying fruit is delicious. Drying tannins on the finish. I don’t buy wines like this anymore. My son-in-law liked it more than I did.
