Convivio Ovada Dolcetto

Riper, richer, and less evolved than the lovely 2018 consumed earlier, more dark plummy fruited, really good acidity, I’d guess a few more years to maturity, drinking very well tonight!!

Dried red berries, some earthy and mineral aromas and flavors as well, crisp and fresh, lovely medium-weight Dolcetto!!

Excellent dolcetto. Lots a berries, mellow tannins and some good acidity. Nice with a cured meat and cheese tray or for some tapas.
