OV SL Napa Valley Estate Red Blend

Recently arrived and showing very well already. Great concentration and density. Blackberry, flowers, and gravel on the nose. Firm structure, but plush enough to be enjoyable now. I can see this aging well.

A lovely wine. Chocolate and a hint of raspberry on the nose. Good tannins structure. Well balanced with a super long finish that goes on and on. Really lovely.

Delicious and perfectly balanced. Very classical in style.

At first, this wine didn’t seem to have as refined of tannins as I expected, but after several hours of air, it really came together into a beautiful, harmonious wine.

This is really delicious. Very approachable and ready. Lots of black cherry with hints of cinnamon and chocolate. Maybe a hint of rosemary too. Lovely.

Dark intense red and blue fruits. Graphite, floral and spices form the body of this Cabernet blend. The tannins are still quite imposing so this wine needs a few more years before it’s ready for prime time.

Gorgeous wine. Purity of dark fruit and tannic structure approachable today but built to last are hallmarks from this incredible producer.
