Fort Collins, CO Funkwerks Dark Prophet - Bourbon Barrel Aged, 11% ABV! Whoa!

Not a big dark beer fan, often too sweet for me. Caramel and cocoa, and a touch of sour. I think the barrels add more ABV than anything. Had a similar beer on tap there a few years ago, it came in at like 13.5 ABV!
