Red fruits and some earthiness on the palate, very light, sort of like a willamette valley Pinot. Nice acidity. Very light, good wine to start a meal with. Light effervescent quality as well.

First bottle of this grape: 100% Ploussard. Natural vinification, evidenced by the lively light ruby color, cloudy because unfiltered, and the mouth slightly beading when opening. It evokes a Pinot Noir or a Gamay, in terms of volume / tannins. Light wine, on red fruits, with marked acidity (Mountain wine). It is an aperitif wine and / or light meal, cheese, salads, cold meats.
Première bouteille de ce cépage : 100% Ploussard. Vinification au naturel, en témoigne la robe rubis clair vif, trouble car non filtré, et la bouche légèrement perlante à l’ouverture. Cela évoque un pinot noir ou un gamay, en terme de volume/tanins. Vin léger, sur les fruits rouges, avec une acidité marquée (appellation de montage). C’est un vin d’apéritif et/ou repas léger, fromage, salades, charcuterie.
