Paraje Macabeo Sauvignon

Drank this one from their boxed wine format. Blend of Macabeo (80%) and Sauvignon Blanc (20%). Bright white/gold color. Intense aromas and flavors of lime, melon, tropical fruit and fresh herbs. Nice undertone of minerality on the finish. Nice creamy texture and bristling acidity. This is an excellent porch pounder due to its outstanding value. Thank you for sharing, Kase!
