Fairly simple label. Does look like the area it came from in the art though. I grew up there. Dark, dark color of the skins of black cherry and plums. Smells like forests and berries and other red/black fruits. Strange streak. Licorice perhaps. Good-N-Plenty. Flavors are excellent. Spicy and full. The balance is good, but this should age for another 10-15 years. Earthy and funky. Elderberry, serviceberry, mulberry. Extraction is great. Hint of mint on end. This is a big and surprising red for 13.3% ABV. Not a familiar Arg or CA Malbec. Has terrior. Reminds me of the place.
