Mar 10th, 2021Very crisp on the nose. Bright green apple taste with lemon lime after taste. Medium finish. Very nice. Serve chilled. A very young wine and it shows. Very delicious.

Dec 13th, 2016Medium yellow with moderate intensity. Lots of unripe citrus and white stone fruits on the nose. Moderate acidity (6/10) with a little sharpness, but not overwhelming. Lime, grapefruit, and some mineral characteristics. Light bodied with a medium max finish. Overall not a bad bottle of Sauvignon Blanc for under $20, goes very well with spicy Chinese food. Drink now.
