Found in corner of cellar, still fresh and pleasant citrus laced a few years on. Solid and serviceable

Medium yellow with moderate intensity. Lots of unripe citrus and white stone fruits on the nose. Moderate acidity (6/10) with a little sharpness, but not overwhelming. Lime, grapefruit, and some mineral characteristics. Light bodied with a medium max finish. Overall not a bad bottle of Sauvignon Blanc for under $20, goes very well with spicy Chinese food. Drink now.
