Such amazing balance on this one. Not typical CA, herbs, flowers, a bit of dark cherry, pepper on the nose. Palate is similar with excellent tannin and acidity. A bunch of granite and dark cherry juice. There’s also a wonderful underlying umami like flavor that makes you want more. I’m guessing this will age for a very long time.
