That's a lot of residual sugar. A lot. Attempted this wine one night with dinner, but the sugar was just too dominant. Regrouped and formed a new plan of attack, making a spicy Thai larb salad, and the combination sang! The bright lime notes in the wine and the sweet, round finish balanced brilliantly with the spicy and sour notes of the larb. But...without the right food it's a tough wine to really like (and it's hard to pair).
