Pale lemon hue with aromas of elderflower, slight jasmine, lemon pith, fresh orange, apple, peach, a hint of smoke; palate of somewhat delicate lemon, peach, underripe melon, touch of honey; high acidity with slate, wet stone mineral. Perfumey on the nose, but ripe and sweet on the palette. High acidity with lots of residual sugar.
