A blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeo & Parellada, crisp stone fruit aromas with yeasty notes, good bubble flow. Clean fresh palate of apple and pear with lime citrus zest flavors. Medium+ finish ending with wet stone minerality and citrus character. An outstanding alternative to a pricy bottle of French Champagn.
