Straw pale yellow color with aromas of apple and citrus. Frothy mousse with small plentiful bubbles. The Cava had good balanced, full-bodied, crisp with green apple and lime citrus zest flavors. Medium finish ending with slight wet stone minerality and citrus character. An outstanding alternative to a pricy bottle of French Champagn.
